The Parks at Springmill is located in the area north of 131st Street, east of Springmill Road, south of 136th Street and west of Meridian/U.S. 31, in Carmel, Indiana. The Parks at Springmill consists of the neighborhoods known as Park Place and Park Meadow.
The Parks at Springmill is a planned community consisting of 218 single-family two-story homes. Amenities include a common area with a creek, nature trail, playground, pool, tennis courts and basketball courts. The Parks at Springmill is a Carmel Crime Watch Neighborhood.
